Abingdon Morning Mist

This was taken on my last morning in Abingdon in early March 2025. I had planned to film a walk starting along the Thames, but when I stepped outside in the predawn hours I was greeted by moody mist and beautiful birdsong. I changed my plans and started to film, starting from the outskirts of town and working my way to the central area, where this photo was taken during a quick break. I really enjoy Abingdon, it has a nice historic character as well as a beautiful walking area along the Thames. It is only a few minutes from Oxford but feels a bit off the beaten track, so it is pleasant to spend time in the town square or down at the pub on the river.
