Refund policy

Each calendar is printed individually when you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If there is a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us within two weeks of delivery at ambientinquiries@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered by mistake, or if you change your mind after purchase.

  • Colors may vary slightly from your screen to the printed product due to monitor calibration.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll assist with a replacement.
